Peter Kleinhenz

Peter Kleinhenz is the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Clarametyx Biosciences, Inc. Peter has over 17 years of experience in venture capital and private equity.

Prior to joining Clarametyx, Peter was a Venture Partner at Fletcher Spaght, Inc. where they sourced, conducted due diligence, and managed life science investments including devices, life science tools, diagnostics, and biotech companies. Peter was also a Managing Director at CID Capital where they sourced, conducted due diligence, and governed equity investments in nearly 70 companies.

As a board member or adviser, Peter has represented CID Capital in investments such as APT Therapeutics, Inc., AxioMed Spine Corporation, Celleration, Inc., MedVantx, Inc., Red Path Integrated Pathology, Inc., EKOS Corporation, Renal Solutions, QIS Solutions, and Waterlink, Inc.

Peter Kleinhenz has an MBA in finance from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in history and science from Loyola University Chicago. Peter is also a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio.
