Carolyn Woodberry

Carolyn Woodberry is the current Chief of Staff at Clarapath. Carolyn has over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and financial advisory. Carolyn has worked with various nonprofits, including St. Luke's School, The Mather Homestead Foundation, and Christian Counseling Center. Carolyn has also served on the executive board of Horizons at New Canaan Country School for the past 10 years. As Board Chair, they led the board through a strategic planning process to develop a new 5-year plan. Carolyn is also an experienced Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair, with a proven track record in budgeting and investment planning.

After completing their undergraduate degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Carolyn Woodberry pursued a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.

They are on a team with Kavita Sethi - Director of Finance & HR, Matt Claster - VP Strategy & Business Development, and Admin / Office Manager - Admin / Office Manager. Carolyn Woodberry reports to Eric Feinstein, President & CEO.
