Carl Reyes

Carl Reyes is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Clarasight since June 2025, Reyes previously held significant roles at Alteryx, including Engineering Group Manager and Senior Engineering Manager from January 2022 to June 2025. At Catch, Reyes was the Director of Engineering, focusing on innovative benefits solutions from March 2021 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes positions at thoughtbot as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, as well as Software Developer roles at Vaporware. Reyes has a strong technical background in full stack development, proficient in Ruby on Rails, Node, ReactJS, Elixir, and Javascript. Education was obtained at California State University, Chico, from January 2008 to January 2011.
