Erika Murdock Balbuena

Erika Murdock Balbuena serves as the Head of ESG and Sustainability at Robinhood since September 2020, where responsibilities include developing the corporate ESG strategy, managing stockholder engagement, and overseeing ESG disclosures. Concurrently, Erika holds the position of Head of ESG at Clarasight and acts as an advisor for Raise for Good and ANGELS.vc. Previous roles include Global Head of Impact Computing at Amazon Web Services, where contributions focused on addressing complex global challenges, and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Twilio.org, the social impact arm of Twilio. Erika's early career involved community management roles at TaskRabbit and independent consulting for social services nonprofits.
