Deborah Colella

Deborah Colella is an accomplished executive in the customer success sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Claravine since May 2025. Previously, Colella held the position of SVP, Customer Success at SponsorUnited from January 2024 to April 2025, where responsibilities included launching impactful strategies to enhance marketing partnerships. From 2011 to February 2023, Colella was with Yext, first as SVP, Customer Success, and earlier roles including Head of Customer Success and Senior Account Director, focusing on customer growth and experience. Additional experience includes roles at AudienceScience, Yahoo!/Right Media, Donovan Data Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Colella holds a Master's degree in Administration from Marygrove College and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Coastal Carolina University.
