Teresa Field has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Teresa is currently the Design Director at Clare V. since September 2022, where they previously held the position of Senior Designer from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior to Clare V., Teresa worked at the Stella & Dot Family of Brands from 2016 to 2021. Teresa started as a Designer from January 2016 to May 2018 and then was promoted to Senior Designer from May 2018 to October 2021.
Before joining Stella & Dot, Teresa co-founded PHIREN in 2013 and served as the Co-Founder and Creative Director until December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of the brand, including developing the brand story and aesthetic, website design, launch strategy, and brand positioning. Teresa also handled all visual content and had sole responsibility for product development, from conceptualization to completion.
Teresa began their career as a Design Assistant at Diane von Furstenberg in May 2011. Teresa'sresponsibilities included designing and executing samples, participating and assisting in merchandising meetings and garment fittings, and preparing for runway shows, including fittings, styling, and backstage coordination. Teresa held this position until December 2011.

Teresa Field attended Stanford University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Fine Art degree in Fashion Design and Construction at the Academy of Art University from 2009 to 2013.
