Weiling Chen

Weiling Chen has a diverse range of experience in product development and management within the fashion industry. Weiling is currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Clare V., a position they began in June 2022. Before joining Clare V., Weiling held the role of Senior Product Development and Production Manager for Footwear/Handbags/Soft Accessories at Madewell from January 2018 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LF USA/Jimlar Division as a Product Development Manager for the Coach brand from September 2010 to 2017. Weiling began their career in 2005 at Camuto Group, where they worked in product development and design until 2010.

Weiling Chen studied at Northern Illinois University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Apparel and Textile Manufacture.
