Emilia Theye

Emilia Theye is a co-founder of clare&me, where the focus is on developing Clare, an AI-powered voice mental health companion that promotes innovative self-help through voice and phone conversations. Prior to this, Emilia was an entrepreneur at Antler, participated in a freelance capacity within digital health solutions, and served as a strategist at Jung von Matt, where brand building and positioning were key responsibilities. Early career roles included internships in product marketing, market analysis, and psychiatric settings. Emilia holds an EMBA in Innovation and Business Creation from the Technical University of Munich and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Vienna, along with additional education in design thinking and applied sciences.
