Alexandra Tracy

Alexandra Tracy is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner currently working at ClareMedica Health Partners since December 2017. Prior to this role, Alexandra served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Tampa Family Health Centers from September 2011 to December 2017 and as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital from July 2006 to August 2011.
