Robert M. Rivas

Robert M. Rivas is a seasoned System Administrator with extensive experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple organizations. Currently employed at Claremedica since February 2025, Rivas previously worked at CareMax, Inc. from November 2020 to February 2025, overseeing Microsoft/Office 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory for 1300 users across 45 locations. Rivas has also held roles as an Information Technology Specialist and Help Desk Technician, with experience in deploying and managing various IT solutions, including Miradore MDM and Atera RMM. Rivas began a career in IT with stints at several companies, including GBS International, Inc., where quality assurance and training were key responsibilities. Rivas holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree from Miami Dade College.
