Eric Mallari

Eric Mallari has a diverse background in the hospitality and culinary industries, currently serving as a Purchasing Agent at Claremont Club & Spa, A Fairmont Hotel since June 2022. Previously, Eric worked as a Purchasing Clerk at The Maybourne Beverly Hills from September 2021 to May 2022 and held dual roles as a Purchasing Agent and Line Cook at Claremont Club & Spa from April 2012 to July 2019. Eric's culinary journey began with a position as a Line Cook at TPC Harding Park from January 2012 to June 2014. Eric holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the California Culinary Academy, completed in 2009.
