Charlie Griffiths has a diverse work experience in the field of swimming coaching and physical education. Charlie started their career in 1995 as the Head Swim Coach and Assistant Aquatics Director at Oshkosh Community YMCA. Charlie then moved on to Denison University in 1998, where they served as an Assistant Swim Coach until 2001. Since 2001, they have been working at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics as the Head Swimming Coach and Associate Professor of PE.
Charlie Griffiths received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Denison University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Charlie later pursued a Master's degree in Athletic Administration at the United States Sports Academy from 2005 to 2006.
