Alex Morgan

Alex Morgan is a Managing Consultant at Claremont Sustainability Consulting, leading a team to evaluate ESG standards and develop a proprietary ESG framework while exploring investment opportunities for Pomona's $3 billion endowment. Concurrently, Alex serves as a Research Assistant at Pomona College, working on a task force to create a database of state abortion laws for Governor Gavin Newsom's office and previously collaborated on the Enlightenment Books Project. Additionally, Alex is a podcaster and was the first editor at Artifact, working on The Quest Pod with Justin Kan. As a freelance journalist, Alex contributes to reputable publications, including the BBC and the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, while also serving as an editor at QuakesEpicenter. Previous experience includes roles at Portola Valley Theater Conservatory and Menlo School, enhancing skills in production and event coordination. Alex is currently pursuing a degree at Pomona College, expected to graduate in 2025.
