Erin O'Donnell, CAM, is a seasoned professional in residential management with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale property operations. Currently serving as Regional Director of Residential Management at Claremont Companies since November 2023, O'Donnell previously held significant roles at Toll Brothers, including Director of Property Operations for New England and Regional Property Manager, managing 1,800 units across various luxury and mixed-use developments.
