Clarence is the result of a partnership between Proximus Luxembourg and LuxConnect. A joint venture born from the desire to create an independent sovereign cloud, designed to meet the advanced technological needs of businesses while maintaining control over the integrity of their data and access to it, and ensuring that their operations are carried out on Luxembourgish territory and subject only to European jurisdictions.

The origin of Clarence lies in a shared ambition: to offer users the most advanced cloud features while ensuring they have full control over the location of their data and who has access to it.

Clarence's core mission is to offer a sovereign disconnected cloud solution at the forefront of innovation. Based on Google Cloud technology, this unique proposition ensures the confidentiality and security of the most sensitive information, guarantees data control, and provides complete operational autonomy. Clarence adheres to the highest ethical standards in data protection, confidentiality, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
