Terrence Blevins Jr.

Terrence Blevins Jr., M.ED, MSOL has a diverse work experience in the education field. Terrence is currently working as a Principal at Clarenceville School District since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the District Engagement Coordinator at the same district from July 2022 to October 2022. Before joining Clarenceville School District, Terrence was the Elementary School Principal at Emmanuel Christian School from June 2021 to June 2022. Terrence also worked as the Dean of Student Success & Supervision at L.Hollingworth School for Talented and Gifted from 2019 to June 2021. Terrence gained expertise in academic achievement and behavior as an Academic Achievement & Behavior Specialist at National Heritage Academies from 2016 to 2019. Terrence also served as the Regional Center Director at Ombudsman Educational Services from June 2014 to June 2016. Terrence started their career as a Care Coordinator at Eisenhower Center, where they worked from 2011 to 2014.

Terrence Blevins Jr., M.Ed, MSOL has a strong education background. Terrence obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Eastern Michigan University in 2020. Prior to that, they also earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Administration from Concordia University-Ann Arbor in 2013. In 2009, they completed their undergraduate studies at Eastern Michigan University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Terrence holds a diploma from Edwin Denby High School in 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Terrence has also obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Institute for Leadership & Advocacy program offered by the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 2020, they obtained a K-12 Building Administrator certification from the Michigan Department of Education. Furthermore, in 2018, Terrence completed the Restorative Practices Implementation program offered by Leaving The Village.
