Charlotte Catt

Charlotte Catt has a diverse work experience in various industries. Charlotte started their career as a waitress at PizzaExpress in 2012, where their excellent customer service skills and ability to memorize orders helped their become one of the highest earners in tips. In 2013, they trained as a spa therapist at the Steiner Academy and quickly advanced to the position of assistant manager, specializing in treatments such as elemis massages and Ionithermie.

Charlotte then worked as a port and shopping guide at Onboard Media from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they received extensive training on luxury brands such as Diamonds International and Breitling, improving their knowledge to better present these brands to potential buyers.

Charlotte then joined the Carnival Cruise Line in 2017 as an entertainer, where their responsibilities included managing the Creative Cove and providing entertainment host duties. Charlotte promoted and marketed arts and crafts sessions, delivered high-quality customer service to class attendees, and effectively communicated with both children and adults from various backgrounds.

After their stint at Carnival Cruise Line, Charlotte worked as an Effy brand representative from 2018 to 2019, where they utilized their sales, jewelry, and public speaking skills to provide cruise guests with the best shopping experience.

In 2020, they worked as an assistant restaurant manager at PizzaExpress and as a temporary sales associate at Beaverbrooks during the Christmas period. Charlotte'sroles included managing teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

In 2021, Charlotte joined Effy Jewelry again, this time as a store supervisor on multiple cruise ships. Charlotte led a team of up to 6 individuals from different nationalities, conducting meetings to ensure everyone was aware of their daily targets.

Most recently, in 2022, Charlotte joined Clarendon Fine Art as an art consultant.

From 2010 to 2011, they attended Salisbury College and earned an A level degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, as well as a separate A level degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.

Prior to their time at Salisbury College, from 2005 to 2010, they attended Lavington School. During this time, they achieved GCSE degrees in various subjects, including Biology, Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, English Language and Literature/Letters, IT, and Mathematics.
