Chinita Scales

Chinita Scales has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the financial and operations industries. Chinita began their career at Bank of America in 1995, where they served as Assistant Vice President for over 11 years. In 2007, Chinita joined EMSI as Associate Director of Underwriting Services, and later became the Director of Operations and Support Services in 2019. Chinita recently joined Clareto in 2020 as a Client Manager. Throughout their career, Chinita has demonstrated expertise in leadership, operations, and client management.

Chinita Scales attended Appalachian State University from 1991 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
