Trevena McClinton

Trevena McClinton has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and healthcare industries.

Starting in 2011, Trevena worked at Capital One, where they held multiple positions, including Systems Specialist and IT Project Coordinator. In these roles, they collaborated with HR and IT analysts to ensure accurate data reporting, produced analytics to support HR initiatives, and played a crucial role in planning and executing company-wide projects.

In 2013, Trevena joined AIBioTech as a Business Analyst, where they honed their analytical skills and contributed to the organization's success until 2015.

From 2015 to 2021, Trevena worked at Envera Health and Virginia Counseling Associates. At Envera Health, they started as a Systems Analyst and was eventually promoted to Senior Business System Analyst and Product Owner. Trevena played a crucial role in gathering requirements, designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining systems to improve patient communications and outcomes. Trevena also led analysis, requirements gathering, and vendor solution investigation for enterprise software.

During their tenure at Virginia Counseling Associates, Trevena served as a Business Analyst Consultant and Solutions Consultant. Trevena provided consulting services for the psychotherapy practice, implemented scalable EHR and practice management software solutions, and facilitated compliance while reducing claim submission time.

Most recently, Trevena joined Clareto in 2022 as an Implementations Analyst, where they bring their expertise in improving practice operations and technology infrastructure.

Throughout their career, Trevena has consistently demonstrated their ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage projects, and make informed decisions to support the business objectives of the organizations they have worked for.

Trevena McClinton has pursued higher education in various institutions. Trevena holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Security from James Madison University. Trevena also obtained an Associate's Certificate in Business Analysis from The George Washington University. Trevena holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, with Honors, from Virginia Commonwealth University. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
