Urmee Helal

Urmee Helal has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Student Intern at Wichita State University since August 2025, Urmee manages Corporate Partnerships. As the Founder of The White Crows Club since June 2023, Urmee addresses the complexities women face in everyday life. In managing positions at LEVERnGEAR Ltd. and CLAREx since October 2019, Urmee oversees marketing, sales, operations, and human resource functions for organizations that cater to both domestic and international clients. Prior roles include Marketing Consultant for DREAMLAND PROPERTIES LTD., Head of Market Development and Regional Manager at Bangla Trac Communications Limited, and Officer in Market Communications at GrameenPhone. Urmee holds an MBA in Marketing from East West University and a BBA from North South University, with ongoing studies in Management Science at Wichita State University.
