Sr. Instructional Designer - Customer Education & Digital Success at Clari

Allison Hall has a diverse work experience in instructional design, training, and technology. Allison started their career at UNC Charlotte as a Computer Consultant, where they managed IT operations for the Biology Department and Research Facility. Allison then moved on to North Idaho College, where they served as an IT Services Coordinator & Trainer, overseeing information technology projects and providing training to faculty, staff, and students. During their time at North Idaho College, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty & Instructor, developing and facilitating courses in computer information technology.

After that, Allison worked at Paylocity as an Instructional Designer/Content Specialist, creating HR and payroll software training materials. Allison then joined Acorio as a Sr. Instructor & Content Developer, where they built and facilitated learning programs for technical consultants and served as the LMS Administrator.

Following their role at Acorio, Allison joined ServiceTitan as a Sr. Instructional Designer - Talent Management, contributing to the development of high-performing team members and a high-performance culture through various learning programs. Allison then transitioned to Jamf as an Instructional Designer - Learning & Development, designing and maintaining training assets for the company's global employee population.

Currently, Allison works at Clari as a Sr. Instructional Designer - Customer Education & Digital Success, where they focus on designing instructional materials for customer education. Throughout their career, Allison has consistently demonstrated their expertise in instructional design, training program development, and technology implementation.

Allison Hall obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Limestone University from the years 2002 to 2004. Allison then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from Capella University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Allison Hall has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they became an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), and in 2013, they earned the ACTC (Apple Certified Technical Coordinator) certification and the Microsoft Office Accreditation/Support Professional for Mac certification. In 2015, they obtained the Quality Matters Independent Apply the QM Rubric (APPQMR) certification, and in 2017, they obtained the Quality Matters Independent Improving your Online Course (IYOC) certification. Their most recent certification, The Effective Facilitator, was obtained from Leadership Strategies in February 2021.
