Glenn Chiou

Glenn Chiou has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Glenn started their career at Caterpillar Inc. as a Global Purchasing Intern, where they gained experience in compiling and benchmarking product prices. Glenn then worked at California Bank & Trust as a Personal Banking Officer, responsible for the growth and retention of business banking clients.

Glenn later joined Loring Ward as a Project Manager, overseeing various marketing projects and strategic initiatives. Glenn managed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, leading 10-15 person teams.

Afterwards, Glenn joined Zuora as a Customer Success Manager, where they handled a portfolio of over $5 million and served as customers' primary technical resource. Glenn conducted optimization workshops and provided recommendations on Zuora's platform.

Glenn further expanded their project management skills at Xactly Corp, where they managed end-to-end project implementations for Enterprise customers. Glenn oversaw project plans, budgets, and change management processes.

Prior to their current role, Glenn worked at Jemstep, Inc. as a Project Manager in Client Services, focusing on project management within the client services department.

Currently, Glenn is working at Clari as a Senior Manager in Professional Services. Clari's Revenue Operations Platform enhances efficiency, predictability, and growth in revenue processes. Glenn plays a key role in driving overall efficiency and giving revenue teams visibility into their business.

Glenn Chiou attended Purdue University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, and International Business. In 2006 and 2007, they were a foreign exchange student at Sophia University. Additionally, Glenn Chiou obtained certifications in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in February 2014 and Six Sigma Green Belt from Caterpillar Inc. in June 2008.
