Daniel Beaty

Daniel Beaty is currently the Senior IP & US Litigation Counsel at Clariant, a position they have held since 2021. They previously served as the US Head of PLM Catalysts, Minerals & Biotech in Group Technology & Innovation at Clariant from 2011 to 2021. Prior to joining Clariant, Daniel was the Intellectual Property Counsel at Transonic Combustion from 2009 to 2011 and Chief Patent Counsel at Plug Power from 2000 to 2008. Daniel earned a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law between 1994 and 1997.
