With extensive experience in innovation management and commercialization from his tenure at Covestro as SVP and Head of Innovation Management & Commercial Services, Hermann has contributed to digitalization and sustainable materials development. In addition to roles at organizations like the World Economic Forum and Bayer, Hermann has held leadership positions across various industries, leveraging a robust academic foundation that includes a PhD in Physical Chemistry and executive education from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.
