Kaustubh Kishore Nagaonkar

Kaustubh Kishore Nagaonkar is an experienced professional with a strong background in transformation leadership and operational excellence. Currently serving at Clariant as a Transformation Leader and Head of Service Management for India, as well as Head of Operational Excellence for GBS India since June 2019, Kaustubh has previously held the role of Operational Excellence Manager at Morgan Stanley from June 2016 to June 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Business Improvement Expert at SSA Business Solutions (P) Ltd from February 2012 to June 2016 and an internship at HPCL in 2010-2011. Kaustubh holds an MBA from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from the University of Mumbai, with foundational education completed at Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya.
