Mauricio Castro

Mauricio Castro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mauricio started their career as a Chemical Formulation Intern at Dow AgroSciences in 2000. Mauricio then joined The Dow Chemical Company in 2001 and worked their way up to become a Senior Marketing Manager, Business Segment Leader, Strategic Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Representative, Development Chemist of PU formulations, Manufacturing Activity Coordinator, and Quality Control Laboratory Technician over the years. In 2018, Mauricio joined Clariant as the Regional Head for BU Catalysts, LATAM and later became the Head of Sales Americas for Catalysts for Ethylene & Derivatives. Mauricio brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role.

Mauricio Castro holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International/Global Studies, which they obtained from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2016. Mauricio also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, which they completed in 2005.
