Patrick Lamar

Patrick LaMar is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Training and Site Communications Manager at Clariant since March 2015. In this role, Patrick oversees daily plant operations and employee training to enhance performance and safety, utilizing Lean and 5S practices. Previous positions held at Clariant include Shift Leader and Process Area Leader, where responsibilities encompassed managing quality documentation, driving process improvements, and leading teams toward achieving safety and production goals. Patrick began his career as a Chemical Operator, gaining hands-on experience in operational quality analysis and process management. Additionally, Patrick worked as a Quality Specialist at Humana from October 2013 to March 2015. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Missouri State University, earned in 2009.
