Simone Sa has extensive experience in human resources, having served in multiple leadership roles across prominent companies. At Clariant, Simone held the positions of HR Head for Brazil, Regional HR Partner for LATAM & International Assignment, and Performance & Rewards Manager for Latam, focusing on strategic thinking, talent management, and compensation planning. Prior to Clariant, Simone worked at Freudenberg Group as HR & Communication Manager and gained experience in training and organizational development at Nestle and Schindler. Starting as a Consultant at Ray & Berndtson, Simone provided advisory services in human resources to both national and multinational firms. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Organizational Development at PROFUTURO - FIA Business School, Simone also holds a specialization in Business from BSP - Business School São Paulo.
