Stefan Richter

Stefan Richter is an accomplished procurement and technical sales professional with extensive experience in the chemicals and plastics industry. Currently serving as the Senior Procurement Manager at Clariant since December 2012, Richter supports Louisville Catalyst operations. Previously, Richter worked as a Senior Technical Sales Representative and Account Manager, managing a $10 million budget and specializing in technical sales of additives for the ink, coatings, and plastics markets. Prior positions include Technical Manager for Plastic Additives at Süd-Chemie Inc., R&D Manager at Schock GmbH, and various roles at Alcatel throughout a global R&D center. Richter holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Material Science from Technische Universität Berlin.
