Xavier Cora

Xavier Cora possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR People Partner for Clariant since February 2024, where responsibilities include providing expert HR guidance and supporting organizational change. Prior to this role, Xavier was Director of People Operations at Roboyo, overseeing HR operational excellence, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, and HRIS management from January 2023 to February 2024.
