Haril Kapoor

Haril Kapoor's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Haril began their career as a CS management trainee at Unicon Investment Solutions in 2010 and went on to work as a Company Secretary at RKS & ASSOCIATES from 2011 to 2012. Haril then worked as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Marvel Vinyls Limited from 2013 to 2014. Haril later joined NEXGEN Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate from March 2014 to October 2014, and then moved to Vaish Associates, Advocates as an Associate from October 2014 to February 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Head Legal and Company Secretary since March 2015 at The Claridges Hotels & Resorts, where they were recently promoted to the role of Vice President Legal and Corporate Affairs in January 2021.

Haril Kapoor began their education at Yuva shakti model school from 2004 to 2007, where they completed their Higher Secondary 12th degree with a focus on basic accounting and management studies. Haril then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at Delhi University from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Accounting and Finance. In the same period, Kapoor also obtained a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Following this, they attended Agra University from 2012 to 2015 to complete their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, specializing as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Finally, in 2013 and 2014, Kapoor pursued a Master of Commerce degree at the University of Delhi, further specializing in Accounting and Finance.
