Brendan Scales is an accomplished hospitality professional with a strong background in events operations and food and beverage management. Since joining Claridge's in June 2021, Brendan has held several key positions, culminating in the role of Events Operations Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Gregans Castle Hotel as Chef de Rang and Adare Manor as Senior Food and Beverage Assistant. Brendan began a career in hospitality at Claridge's as a Food and Beverage Intern, progressing to various supervisory roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies in International Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Furniture Design and Manufacturing from G.M.I.T. Letterfrack.
