Omar Mirza

Omar Mirza is a board member at Turnaround Management Association, the leading global association for professionals in corporate restructuring, turnaround management, and distressed investing. At Clarien Bank Limited, Mirza holds the title of Chief Credit Officer & Head of Global Loan Portfolio Group, overseeing various market activities, loan pricing, distressed debt, restructuring, real estate asset management, and credit compliance. Mirza also serves in leadership roles within the company, including chair of the credit committee, vice chair of the portfolio management committee, and member of the bank's operating committee. Mirza completed financial modeling courses in New York and Chicago between 2009 and 2013, earning a Master's Degree.
