Artjom Shestajev

Artjom Shestajev has a range of experience in product management and technical support roles. Artjom is currently a Senior Product Manager at Clarifai, where they focus on improving the portal experience for users looking to utilize AI technology. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Fonoa, where they helped develop tax-related services. Artjom also has experience at Twilio Inc., where they managed the evolution of the Conversations API and contributed to the growth of the Programmable Chat. Additionally, Artjom has held various product management roles at APL, focusing on E-Commerce and EDI, and worked as an EDI Readiness Lead at Neptune Orient Lines. Earlier in their career, they provided advanced technical support for Microsoft Xbox console owners at Arvato Services and worked as a Sales Executive at Enter IT Market.

Artjom Shestajev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Artjom then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing it from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Artjom also obtained various certifications. Artjom received the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2021. Artjom completed the Digital Product Management Specialization from the University of Virginia in December 2020, as well as the Software Product Management Specialization from the University of Alberta in the same month and year. Artjom also completed the Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in December 2020.

Furthermore, they hold the PMC Level IV certification from Pragmatic Institute, acquired in January 2020. Artjom also earned the Product Marketer certification from Pragmatic Institute in the same month and year. Additionally, they completed the Introduction to Finance course from Coursera, offered by the University of Michigan, in March 2013. Artjom also completed the Networked Life course from Coursera, offered by the University of Pennsylvania, in December 2012.
