Earl Smith

Earl Smith is an experienced executive with a robust background in finance and due diligence. Currently serving as CEO of Clarifii since January 2022, Earl focuses on enhancing clarity in due diligence processes. Prior to this role, Earl held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Covius Services, LLC from September 2017 to February 2021, and served as EVP of Capital Markets at Digital Risk from October 2014 to September 2017. Earl has also provided consulting services for recapitalization efforts and held senior leadership roles at Lifeline Assets, RMIC, Amerin Guaranty, Asset Back Holdings, and Bear Stearns, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and account management over a career spanning several decades.
