Hilary Gosher

Hilary joined Insight Partners in 2001 and is head of Insight Onsite, the firm’s team of software experts. She is a member of the investment committee for Vision Capital 2020. Previous board seats include publicly traded Delivery Hero (DHER), Freshly, Hustle, Planview, IKANO and Shunra. Prior to their IPO’s Hilary was a board observer to Medidata Solutions (MDSO) and Mimecast (MIME); she worked extensively with Shutterstock (SSTK) and Alteryx (AYX).

Hilary co-founded Declare (acquired by Luminary), a firm focused on diverse leadership. She has held Adjunct Associate Professorships in Entrepreneurship at Columbia University’s International Public Policy college, and NYU’s Stern School of Business. In 2019, AlleyWatch named Hilary as a Top 50 Influencer in NY tech. In 2018, she was profiled by WSJ as a “Women to Watch” in Private Equity. Hilary speaks regularly at conferences including Techcrunch Disrupt SF and the NY Ascent Tech Conference.
