McKensie DeJong

McKensie DeJong has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2023.

McKensie started their career at acac Fitness & Wellness Center, where they served as a Social Media Coordinator and later as a Member Services Associate from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, they joined High Point University as an Office Assistant, gaining administrative experience until 2019.

During the summer of 2019, they had a Summer Internship at Southern Stone Surfaces, where they oversaw social media accounts, updated the website, and improved marketing strategies.

Later in 2019, they briefly worked as a Sales Assistant at Wildwood before joining Sunbelt Staffing as a Recruitment Specialist. McKensie conducted phone interviews, coordinated in-person interviews, and managed the hiring process on spreadsheets. Eventually, they took on the role of Recruitment Coordinator and created job descriptions for healthcare and education positions.

In 2021, they became a Business Development Representative at BlueGrace Logistics. McKensie'sresponsibilities included conducting cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Moreover, they engaged with executives, assessed prospects' needs, and set up qualified meetings.

The following year, in 2022, they became a Sourcing Recruiter at Baldwin Risk Partners. McKensie located potential applicants, communicated with them, screened resumes, and interviewed candidates for various roles within the organization.

Currently, McKensie is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Clarify, a position they have held since 2023.

McKensie DeJong completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Sales from High Point University in 2020. McKensie further pursued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Leadership and Communications in 2021.
