Clariity is the mentorship platform for tier-2 and tier-3 college students who never had access to placement guidance, industry networks, or honest career advice.

Every year, millions of engineering students across India graduate ready to work hard — but the system was never built for them. At tier-1 institutes, that guidance happens naturally: seniors who've been through placements, industry contacts, structured interview prep. Everywhere else, students are on their own.

We connect students from colleges across India with placement-proven mentors from IIT, IIM, BITS, and NIT for 1:1 guidance on resumes, interviews, and career direction — so a student's college doesn't decide their career.

What we do:
- Structured resume reviews and rewrites
- Mock interviews with mentors who have cleared the same hiring processes
- Career-clarity conversations on which roles and paths fit a student's background
- A growing mentor network from top Indian institutes

Our mission: make the guidance available at tier-1 institutes available to every student, regardless of which college they attend.
