Janine Hart (MBA)

Janine Hart (MBA) has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Janine is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Clariness, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer and CPO Chief Project Officer at Clariness from 2020 to 2022 and 2017 to 2020, respectively. Janine also held the position of COO Chief Operating Officer at Clariness from March 2018 to October 2018. Before joining Clariness, Janine worked as the Vice President Project Management and Head of Project Management at the company from 2014 to 2018 and 2012 to 2014, respectively. Janine started their career as a Lead Operations Manager at Clariness from 2008 to 2012. Prior to Clariness, Janine worked as the Director of Business Administration at Shapeshifter Media GmbH from 2004 to 2008. Janine also worked as a Junior Project Manager at DENGLER & TEAM GmbH Büro für Unternehmenskommunikation from 2003 to 2004 and in Event Services at Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH from 2002 to 2003.

Janine Hart earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Open University in 2004. Janine then went on to pursue further education and obtained their Diploma in Management from The Open University in 2007. Janine continued their academic journey and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University in 2014.
