Transformation Director, International Operations at Clarins

Fabrice Plas has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Fabrice began their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen before moving on to work as a Financial Controller at Alcatel-Lucent. Fabrice then joined PSA Peugeot Citroën where they served as an Accounting Manager and later as a SAP Project Manager. After that, Fabrice joined Clarins as the Deputy Director of Group Accounting, where they managed various accounting and fiscal tasks. Fabrice then became the CFO for Sub-Saharan Africa at Clarins South Africa, responsible for financial operations in the region. Currently, they hold the position of Transformation Director, International Operations at Clarins, leading a team in simplifying and standardizing the supply chain and procurement processes globally.

Fabrice Plas has a Chartered Accountant diploma (French) from Conseil de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Fabrice also has a MSTCF (Master of finance and accounting) from Université Paris Dauphine, which they completed from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Fabrice has obtained several certifications, including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2020, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2019, and Sales Negotiation from LinkedIn in 2018.
