Joanne Au has held various roles in the beauty industry, starting their career as a Regional Marketing Executive at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Joanne then joined Clarins Group, where they worked as an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager in CFG Hong Kong from 2013 to 2014. Subsequently, they became a Group Manager in Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Brand Manager from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. again as a Director of Strategy & Analytics until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Marketing Director for APAC at Groupe Clarins.
Joanne Au completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology at The University of British Columbia from 2004 to 2008. Joanne then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications at The University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2011. In 2020, Joanne obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy.
