Katalin Berenyi

Katalin Berenyi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the cosmetics and luxury retail industries. Currently, Katalin serves as a Non-executive Board Member at Spadel since May 2024 and as Global General Manager at Clarins Group, where Katalin has been part of the Group Executive Committee since February 2019. Prior to this, Katalin held key positions at L’OCCITANE Group as Chief Creative Officer and Chief Artistic Officer, overseeing branding, creative direction, and communication for L'Occitane and Erborian brands. As co-founder of Erborian, Katalin played a crucial role in its innovation and development while previously serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Symbiose Cosmetics France. Katalin's career began at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Travel Retail and Trade Promotions for Lancôme International, among other roles. Katalin's educational background includes an MBA from Rice Business and degrees in design and luxury management from prestigious institutions.
