Lynette Yong

Lynette Yong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lynette started their career in 1994 at World Express Pte Ltd as a Conventions & Incentives Officer. After two years, they joined Procter & Gamble as an HR Manager, where they worked for a notable 20 years. In 2017, Lynette transitioned to an Independent HR Consultant, Coach & Trainer role at Morph Consulting Pte. Ltd. Lynette then moved on to become the HR Director, APAC for Clarins in 2019. Lynette currently holds the position of Director - Human Resources, APAC and Global Travel Retail at Clarins, a role they took on in January 2021.

Lynette Yong completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wales from 2001 to 2004. Lynette also obtained the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) from Workforce Singapore in 2017.
