Marc Arciero has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Marc spent a significant amount of time at Clarins, where they held various leadership roles. These include Vice President of Sales, where they played a crucial role in driving the long-term growth of the Clarins brand and had executive influence over national sales performance. Before that, they served as the National Sales Director, responsible for overseeing category sales for the national retail portfolio. Arciero also worked as the Regional Sales Director for Ontario and Atlantic, where they were in charge of driving retail sales and managing a team of Account Executives and Skin Care Specialists.

Prior to their time at Clarins, Arciero worked at Sears Canada, where they held multiple positions. These include being a Prestige Cosmetic Buyer, Retail Advertising Marketing Manager, Buyer for Women's Casual Sportswear, Catalogue Marketing Manager, and Associate Buyer for Women's Career Dressing.

Marc also holds a College Diploma (CEGEP) in Commerce from Concordia University and a Degree (DEC) in Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College. Additionally, they have studied Health Sciences at John Abbott College.
