Marie-Rose Tricon has extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Marie-Rose began their career at L'Oreal S.A. as a group product manager from 1985 to 1991. Marie-Rose then joined Estee Lauder International as the vice-president of European innovation from 2003 to 2005. After that, they worked at Estee Lauder cies as the SVP and general manager for Tom Ford Beauty from 2005 to 2007. Currently, Tricon holds the position of senior vice president of global marketing development communication at Clarins since 2008.
