Paula McKenna

Paula Mckenna has extensive experience in sales management within the beauty industry, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for the Retail Stores Division at Clarins since March 1991. In this role, Paula oversees a regional team of 6 direct reports and is responsible for the development of treatment and retail sales, managing a total of 500 business managers, advisors, and therapists across 130 accounts. Previous positions at Clarins include Regional Manager for the Stores and Salon Division and Area Manager, where Paula managed extensive teams and oversaw HR functions. Prior to joining Clarins, Paula was a Business Manager at Yves Saint Laurent Parfums. Paula Mckenna holds a degree from the University of Staffordshire, attended from 1985 to 1988, and completed education at Westlands High School.
