Megan Pavot

Megan Pavot has extensive experience in statistical analysis and public service. Since June 2005, Megan has held various roles at Clario Analytics, progressing from Database Research Analyst to Senior Statistical Analyst and currently serving as Managing Statistical Analyst. Additionally, since March 2015, Megan has contributed to the City of Spring Park as a City Council Member. Prior to these roles, Megan worked as a Consultant at the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group from 2003 to 2005. Megan holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southwest Minnesota State University.
