Lalit Gandhi is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a robust background in managing large, complex projects across various organizations. Prior experience includes notable roles at UnitedHealth Group, Conduent, and Cognizant, where Lalit focused on healthcare project management, stakeholder collaboration, and enhancing team efficiency.
