Acom Heather Maloney

Heather Maloney, ACoM, is an experienced Property Manager currently overseeing the management of Central Region single-tenant industrial assets at Clarion Partners LLC. With a career spanning over two decades, Heather has held significant roles at various companies, including Holt Lunsford Commercial, where management of an 8 million square-foot industrial portfolio was a primary responsibility, and Regent Properties, focusing on the day-to-day operations of a technology-oriented mixed-use development in Plano. Prior to these roles, Heather contributed to Transwestern in multiple capacities, including Regional Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CFO, in addition to holding prominent administrative positions at Westec Constructors and XO Communications. Heather holds an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from IREM.
