Dave Trent

Dave Trent has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dave started their career in the U.S. Army, serving as a U.S. Army Aviator in the 101st Airborne Division from 2005 to 2009. Dave then joined the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) as a U.S. Army Special Operations Aviator, where they served from 2009 to 2015.

In 2016, Dave transitioned to the corporate sector and worked as an MBA Associate in Capital Markets at CBRE National Partners for a brief period of time. Dave then joined Westmount Realty Capital, LLC in 2017 as a Senior Associate in Acquisitions, where they worked until 2019.

For the past three years, Dave has been at Clarion Partners LLC. Dave started as a Senior Associate in Asset Management in 2019 and was recently promoted to the position of Vice President in Asset Management in 2022.

Dave Trent has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Dave'sareas of focus during their MBA program were Finance, Real Estate, and Strategy & Entrepreneurship. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Dave Trent has a Diploma in Military and Strategic Leadership from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. In terms of certifications, they are a Commercial Helicopter Pilot certified by the Federal Aviation Administration, which they obtained in 2006.
